This is beautiful. It's like a cross between a custom fixture and something that fell out of a Jetson's episode. For the price, it's amazing. We actually broke a globe (did you catch that, I said WE, as in me not Amazon or UPS) and when I contacted the seller they still replaced it. Great customer service and happy to make things right, super fast, if you have an issue.Now nothing is perfect so let me give you some info that might save you some headache. The hole in my ceiling from my previous fixture was a little bigger than the canopy. I hate trying to fix textured drywall, so I got a pack of "goof rings" from amazon meant for this issue when installing can lights. I sprayed it matte black with a can of rustolium I had laying around and I'm pretty happy. Looks like it was on purpose.If you want to install the down rod by screwing it into the center of an existing bracket on the junction box, you can do it. There are not instructions for this. I wanted to because it made it more secure to me than the screws on the side of the canopy. It also hangs straighter this way. The parts are in the spare parts bag they give you. The important part of this is *assemble the fixture form the top down*. Meaning, screw into the ceiling bracket, feed the wire down, add one section on down rod, feed the wire down, add the next... etc. When you get through all the down rod, feed it through the fixture itself and attach the main wire to the 8 wires in the fixture as you normally would. Finish by putting the bottom cap and ball back on while gently smooshing the excess inside. If you're only using 2 or so lengths of rod, you'll have to cut the main wire shorter. Don't ask be why I know to do all of this, I just assure you I do. You WILL NEED 2 people.Lastly, I went for A15 shaped bulbs (it is a standard bulb base, E26, fixture). That size fit the best. The edison shaped ones I tried didn't fit, despite the diagram, so I went with a smaller bulb with edison style filaments.I hope that helps save someone a days work! Despite having to figure that out, we're really glad we did. We LOVE it!

Check to make sure you have all the parts and no extra holes on the base. This is our 2nd chandelier after issues with the first one. It turned out great and we love it. We purchased dimmable bulbs.

Everyone who walks in comments on the light fixture. It was a huge update to the brass candelabra that came before. Easy to install once you get the hang of putting the glass on. Def a 2 person job to hang it.

Had it installed professionally and he noted to be careful if the bulb needed to be changed because it has to be aligned just right. Absolutely love this fixture!!! It came with an extra globe.

The only reason I don't give it it 5 stars, because the glass bowl has scratches and only noticeable agter installment when lights are on so I just did not want to redo the whole thing for an exchange.

True to the pictures. Quality is very cheap and flimsy. Not sturdy at all. Sometimes I think if I breath on it if will fall apart. Would be perfect for $50. Two little screws for the base? Seriously? Also, there is a part (last piece) that you are supposed to put on top (as a connector between the wire tubes and the base), non of the videos/pictures of the instructions say how to install it. And it doesn't fit! If you pay attention to the reviews pictures, you will notice all of them are missing this detail (probably gave up and installed it the way it is). Very! Very poor and cheap quality product. It looks cheap! Beyond disappointed.

I installed this light in my closet remodel. It gets so many compliments. The price was fantastic and the fixture itself is well made. It gives plenty of light in my 10x6 space. Installation took an hour but the end result is stunning!

Follow the online instructions in this listing before you leave a negative review. We had no problem putting everything together. It did not take long at all. We then installed our bulbs/lamp shades after the electrical installation. It was a breeze. Very happy with this product. It is so beautiful. The company also provided extra tools and one extra smoked gray lampshade for insurance. Five stars.

One bulb was broken when we unpackaged it and went to hang it. The second bulb shattered while it was lit and now there isn't a replacement for it. Can't seem to find where we can buy another bulb to replace the broken one. Is there a way to purchase a single bulb without reordering and hanging a new chandelier?
